People Outsourcing refers to the necessary actions to facilitate the takeover of the employees and operation/function previously performed by the Client, with the objective of creating partnerships management companies capable of delivering the services within agreed scope. This could be for temporary or fixed term or even long time basis depending on the Client needs. First-Link provides this service in line with Kenya’s Employment Act of 2007, The International Labour Organization Convention and various other laws and regulations to ensure that outsourced labour services are rendered according to the law and suit our Client needs.

At First-Link we understand that management of employees is not the same across the board. Management staff, middle and lower cadre staffs have different concerns and thus we are able to provide solutions that fit the Client.
Employee Contract Management.
For successful outsourcing, it is integral to ensure that every employee category has the correct contract. We are able to determine the best and most cost effective way to manage the employee. In this regard, we are able to provide fixed term, daily or even more “permanent contracts to ensure that the Client is able to retain only the staff that they require for the various assignments that they have within the organization.
Disciplinary of staff
We are able to manage all disciplinary matters. We have developed our own procedures modeled on the Employment Act and the ILO conventions. Normally to the Client, we advise to incorporate disciplinary procedures so that the one used for direct staff aligns with the outsourced staff. We have also developed a simple peer review system that assists us in management of this process. This ensures that the staff participate thus simplifying the whole process.
Separation Management
Separation with staff is a very important aspect of employment. If done incorrectly it can cause a company valuable time and money. We have experience in area and are able to carry out this process well to ensure that not only is the staff happy but every action taken is according to the prevailing law.
